CTPR 547 Pitch Tape:
Greystone, 1929 (2020)
Greystone, 1929, a true-crime documentary, closely examines the untimely death of Edward βNedβ Doheny Jr. and asks the question central to every great murder mystery: who done it? This documentary will also raise questions such as: what will people do for money, and if you have enough money, what will you do to protect it? Would you even kill your own son?
My Greystone, 1929 pitch tape and deck were created in USCβs Documentary Development class with the intention of pitching to direct a documentary thesis film your senior year. This project was not selected the semester I pitched it, but I am quite pleased with the treatment and pitch tape I created in the process.
